1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Softova Facility Services website and/or engaging our facility management services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services

Softova Facility Services provides professional facility management services including, but not limited to: housekeeping, commercial and office cleaning, deep cleaning, industrial cleaning, facility maintenance, manpower supply, waste management, event cleaning, and residential cleaning.

The specific scope, frequency, pricing, and terms of each service engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Work Order between Softova Facility Services and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website or by our representatives are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed in the Service Agreement after a site assessment where applicable. Prices are subject to change based on the actual scope of work, facility size, frequency, and any special requirements. We are committed to transparent pricing with no hidden charges — all costs will be clearly communicated before service commencement.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your facility and service requirements
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises for our staff at agreed times
• Inform us of any hazardous materials, restricted areas, or special conditions on your premises
• Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule
• Treat our staff with respect and in accordance with applicable labor laws
• Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues with the service delivered

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the Service Agreement. For ongoing contracts, invoices are typically issued monthly. For one-time services, advance payment or payment upon completion may be required. Late payments may attract a service charge as specified in the Service Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment after reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service contract by providing written notice as specified in the Service Agreement (typically 30 days). For one-time services, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unsafe working conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Softova Facility Services will exercise reasonable care in delivering all services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or items not disclosed to us prior to service commencement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Softova Facility Services website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Softova Facility Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service engagement. Our staff are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not disclose any information about your facility, operations, or business to third parties without your consent.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Softova Facility Services, its employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or any false or misleading information you provide to us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion before resorting to legal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
